About the Instructor

Kae is a business lawyer, author, and educator in the entrepreneurship space. Kae has dedicated 8+ years to helping inventors and entrepreneurs both protect their intellectual property and strategize the “next steps” for making the business dream a reality. After becoming a mama, Kae spent much of her maternity leave jotting down the details of what would eventually become her interactive guided workbook for new small business owners, called “Idea to Launch”. Her legal expertise stems from time spent both as outside counsel and in-house handling matters from IP protection and commercialization to regulatory compliance and due diligence.
